A connection you control

One Tunnel.
Clear Routes.

WireGuard keeps the connection model compact: each device has a peer configuration, and the routes define which traffic uses the tunnel.

Encrypt the Link

Traffic between a configured device and its VPN endpoint travels inside a WireGuard tunnel.

Add Devices Deliberately

Create a separate peer configuration for each device, then remove its access when it is no longer needed.

Set the Route

Send only selected destinations through the tunnel or route broader traffic through it, depending on your network setup.

Choose your traffic path

Two Ways to Use the Tunnel.

The client’s AllowedIPs and network setup decide what enters the VPN. Pick the path that fits the task.

SPLIT TUNNEL

Only Selected Networks

Route traffic for chosen private addresses or networks through WireGuard. Other traffic keeps using the device’s ordinary connection.

  • Useful when a team needs a route to a configured private service.
  • Requires the destination network and return path to be set up correctly.
FULL TUNNEL

A Broader VPN Route

Send general internet traffic through the VPN endpoint. Check DNS, forwarding and the endpoint’s capacity as part of the setup.

  • Useful when you want a consistent exit path for a device.
  • The tunnel does not remove the need for safe browsing and account security.

Ways teams put it to work

Connect From Where Work Happens.

Start with a specific connection need, then configure the tunnel and access rules around it.

Remote Work

Connect a work laptop to a configured VPN endpoint when the team is outside its usual network.

Private Service Access

Route an internal dashboard or admin service through the VPN after its host and network rules are configured.

Travel and Mobile Use

Bring the same peer configuration to a supported device and reconnect as its network changes.

Managed Device List

Keep a record of issued peers and revoke a lost or retired device without changing every other peer.

From plan to first connection

Set Up Access Step by Step.

Give each device its own configuration and test the exact destination it should reach.

  1. 01

    Choose the Plan

Compare the current Nigeria plan cards and billing terms. Match the included bandwidth and management features to your intended use.

  2. 02

    Install a Client

Use WireGuard’s official client for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android or iOS, as appropriate for the device.

  3. 03

    Add a Peer and Route

Create a device-specific configuration. Set AllowedIPs, DNS and endpoint details for split or full-tunnel operation.

  4. 04

    Test and Maintain

Verify the handshake, reachable destinations and DNS behaviour. Remove peer access when a device is replaced or lost.

WireGuard VPN hosting FAQs

Answers for the Whole Connection.

From first device setup to routing, privacy and everyday operation.

Plans and purpose

What is WireGuard VPN hosting for?

It gives your devices a VPN endpoint to connect to using WireGuard. The configured tunnel encrypts traffic between each device and that endpoint. What happens after the endpoint depends on its routing, firewall and DNS configuration.

Use the current Nigeria plan cards above for available features, price and billing.

Which WireGuard plan should I choose?

Start with your expected traffic and how many devices will actively use the service. Compare the current bandwidth and management features in the Nigeria catalogue. Test with your real connection pattern before relying on it for a larger team.

Is this a general-purpose VPS?

This is a WireGuard VPN hosting offer. If you need to install and administer unrelated server software, compare a standard VPS instead.

Devices and routing

What do I install on my laptop or phone?

Install a WireGuard client for the device’s operating system. WireGuard provides official options for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. Import that device’s peer configuration, activate the tunnel and test the destination you need.

See WireGuard’s official installation page.

Can one configuration be shared by the whole team?

Give each device its own peer and key pair. Separate peers make it easier to track, rotate and revoke access. Keep private keys out of shared documents and messages.

What is the difference between split and full tunnel?

Split tunnel sends selected destinations through the VPN; full tunnel routes general traffic through it. WireGuard’s AllowedIPs setting helps determine the route. The endpoint also needs suitable forwarding, firewall and DNS configuration for the intended path.

Review the WireGuard quick start for peer and route concepts.

Can I reach an office app through this VPN?

Yes, if there is a network route from the VPN endpoint to that app and access is allowed. The VPN subscription alone does not connect an office LAN. Plan the destination network, return route and firewall policy, then test with a single device.

Will WireGuard reconnect when my phone changes networks?

WireGuard supports roaming between IP addresses. A device can continue using its peer identity as its outside address changes. Client behaviour still depends on the operating system and connection settings, so test a Wi-Fi-to-mobile switch.

Privacy and operation

Does a VPN make me anonymous?

No. A VPN changes the path traffic takes; it does not erase account sign-ins, browser identifiers or activity at the destination. It encrypts the device-to-endpoint link. Review the provider’s current privacy terms separately from WireGuard’s protocol design.

How do I avoid DNS going outside the tunnel?

Set and test DNS for the route you chose. Full-tunnel setups need a resolver reachable through the VPN path. For split tunnel, decide which names should resolve through the private network. Check the result on each client, not just the server.

What should I do if a device is lost?

Remove that device’s peer from the VPN endpoint and issue a fresh configuration for its replacement. Separate device keys make revocation more targeted. Also secure the device’s accounts and local data through your normal response process.

Why does the tunnel connect but my app not open?

A handshake proves the peers can exchange tunnel packets; it does not prove the destination route works. Check AllowedIPs, the app address, DNS, forwarding and firewalls on both sides. Test an IP address first, then its hostname, to separate routing from name resolution.
